Refund Policy
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit is applied toward your total service cost and is collected through Square at checkout.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment qualify for a full refund of any amount paid, including the deposit. Cancellations made inside the 48-hour window are non-refundable. Clients who fail to show up without notice forfeit their deposit in full.
Rescheduling
Need to move your appointment? We're happy to reschedule at no charge with at least 48 hours notice. Your deposit will transfer to the new date. Rescheduling requests inside 48 hours may be treated as a cancellation at our discretion.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened to fit the remaining time, or the appointment may be rescheduled and treated as a same-day cancellation.
Service Results & Touch-ups
Beauty services are inherently personal — results can vary based on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and other individual factors. Touch-up policies for permanent makeup are discussed during your consultation and noted in your service receipt. Refunds are not issued for completed services.
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you, including waiving the deposit forfeiture in genuine emergency situations at our discretion.
